This beautiful pen was made by combining bubinga wood which is native to africa and ziricote wood which is native to central america and mexico. It has ebonite sleeves inside the pen, with a glossy ebonite section.

The nib on this pen is jowo number 6, immediately available in 4 sizes: ef, f, m, and b, but if you want any other nib variant, it can be acquired. This pen accepts standard international cartridges and ink schmidt converters (included).

This beautiful pen features a unique artisanal technique called wire inlay. The technique is usually used on flat or slightly curved surfaces which makes the inlay on this pen very hard since it has domed finials. What is wire inlay in wood. Wire inlay is an ancient technique where the wire, in this case, copper wire, is inlayed into narrow voids in the wood. These voids are made by hand, using special tools, and the wire is then pushed into those voids.

This technique requires much skill and is done by only a few people these days. The width of the wire is around 0.15mm. The pen has a high gloss ca finish. Material: east bubinga and ziricote wood / ebonite.
