Wooden fountain pen, handmade in plumwood with an inlay made of colourful veneers. This is a beautiful handmade quality fountain pen with chrom fittings.

The cap is holded by a magnetic mechanism and could be snaped onto the backside as well. This feature is very useful for people with larger hands and makes a lot of fun as well. The comfortable shape in the hand is complemented by the wonderful natural feel and warmth of the wood with a traditional wax finish.

The pen accepts small'international' ink cartridges (one is included), or a refillable ink reservoir / converter (also included). Length (total): 5,6 inch (14,0 cm). Length (handle piece only): 4,8 inch (12,0 cm). Length with cab on backside: 6,4 inch (16,0 cm). Diameter: 0,5 inch (1,2 cm). Nip used: medium point nib. It could make a great present for graduation, birthday, executive or 5th wood anniversary, teacher or retirement gift. Or a unique addition to your collection. All pens are handmade in mölln in northern germany beginning with rough cut woods for the body and the intarsia. The body of the pen is turned on a lathe to the final shape as seen on each pen.

The body is then sanded with several grades of micro mesh, sealed, oiled, polished and waxed to its final finish. Assembly is completed by using pre-made high quality pen components for long lasting performance. I try my best to accurately photograph each piece, portraying it's genuine colors, but please keep in mind that the actual color may vary slightly from the photos. Please note that the hue of wood tends to deepen over time, making it even more beautiful over the time.

We do send our items as a priority letter by "deutsche post". They are really relyable but dont offer trackingnumbers in there normal service. Its called "priority plus" by "deutsche post" it is the fastest option available and includes a tracking service in most countries. It does cost you additional 5,36 euro and will offer you the greatest service possible.
