Wolfson Erinoid Acetate Sun Flare Fountain pen

A truly unique one of a kind writing instrument. Wolfson model handmade fountain pen made from cellulose acetate erinoid "sun flare" material. This material has a lovely warm, soft feel to it, genuine cellulose acetate like this has an acetate smell whilst turning/polishing, . This material will finish to a fantastic shine. This pen is one of a kind, completely hand turned, including the grip / nib section.

The pen body, cap and nib section are crafted from the same material giving the pen a complete look. This pen is fitted with a bi- colour size 6 bock nib. But other options are available including bi colour, gold plated and polished steel. I can supply the nibs in the following sizes, extra fine, fine, medium, broad and extra broad.

The refilling system is a k5 schmidt premium ink converter, but can also utilise a standard international cartridge. Weight capped 17g, un capped 11g. Nib to finial length 140mm. Cap diameter 16mm tapering to 14.5mm. Body diameter 14.5mm at it's widest point tapering to 12.5 at the finial. Pinch point approx 10.5mm. This item is made of ink, bock, resin and cellulose acetate.
