Vintage Waterman's No. 5 Black Ideal Fountain Pen with Purple 14K Gold Nib and Brown Lid Cap Very Fine Condition New Sac and Works

5 black ideal fountain pen with purple 14k gold nib and brown lid / cap - very fine condition. This is the waterman 5 black ideal fountain pen with the purple keyhole 14k nib, circa 1933.

A sac was installed and it now writes perfectly. There is some rubbing apparent on the metal of the cap. The nib is very well formed and sturdy in the barrel. The cap fits well and protects the nib, though it is a different color and it possibly belongs to a similar but different pen. There are no cracks or breaks on the barrel or cap. The pen is straight, without warp. The factory imprint is very crisp.

The pen, with cap, measures 5 1/8 long. The clip on the cap is not gold.
