Vintage circa early 1950's good example of a conway stewart 58 fountain pen with 14ct gold duro nib intact and in undamaged condition. The pen barrel is manufactured in grey marbled celluloid in the grey hatch pattern and is complete with dust cap with gilt pocket clip and banded collar, the pen barrel retains lever fill fitting, light wear to gilt finish to pocket clip, small area of ink staining to pen barrel tail finial, nib is in fine condition and marked for conway stewart 14k duro, the pen barrel is marked for conway stewart 58 made in england.
Some light signs of cosmetic wear are present to the pen all age related, nothing serious as can be seen from the photographs. The pen with dust cap intact measures 12.7 cm in length. A handsome example of the period, now around 70 years old.This item is made of gold and celluloid, 14k, 14ct.
