Vintage cellulose acetate with black

This is a custom made rollerball pen. This pen is made with vintage green crush cellulose acetate and black resin. The cellulose acetate is approximately 80 years old. It is beautiful and a joy to work with. It's just to bad that it is so hard to find. The section/front end and included schmidt refill are the only pieces not made by me. I machined the threads and shaped the pen by hand on my wood lathe. Once i was happy with the size and shape of the pen i sanded and polished for a glossy finish. This pen will come with a schmidt rollerball refill. Body/cap threads 12mm triple start. Cap does post on this pen. These pens can be be difficult to photograph at times. I do my best to give an accurate representation of each pen. Please understand that there can be some variations from a photograph on your screen and the actual pen when it is in your hand.
