Urushi Negoro Nuri Fountain Pen Blue, Red, Black

4 layers of red urushi lacquer and 1 layer of asagi blue lacquer were applied, then partially abrased according to the negoro technique that imitates the wear and insults of the time of ancient lacquered artifacts in which the most precious lacquer, the red one, was spread in a single layer above the black lacquer. Over the years the red layer in some places was consumed letting the black lacquer appear below.

Modern negoro is the technique that imitates the passage of time. In this case, unlike tradition, the final layer was replaced by asagi blue lacquer. Power system with international standard attachment for cartridge or converter power supply.
