Super MONTBLANC ,Monte Rosa Fountain Pen c1959.

Montblanc monte rosa pens were made for a very short period. This montblanc pen is the unique teal /turquoise color, and were in production for only months.

The pen has a unique design, modern and elongated with gold/chrome trimmings. The nib is a gold semi-flexible medium/fine.

The design is unique, with good grip, & balance, . This pen was a montblanc response to the parker 51 pen, which was the first with a hooded nib. The pen features a unique beautiful rhomboid shaped ink windows.

Capped 133mm and posted 148mm. The pen is easy to fill via the piston action from any bottle of ink. Diamond shaped visible ink windows. Chrome cap imprint: montblanc logo. Nib material: 14 ct gold. Nib size: the nib size is medium/fine. Estimated time of production: c1959. Technical condition: the piston-filling mechanism is in full working order. Optical condition: shows some minor signs of use.

Excellent "push on" brushed chrome cap with the monte rosa etching at the base pocket clip, is polished with the montblanc icon imprint. Nib authentic 14ct gold with plenty of iridium on show.

Serviced and write tested and ready to use. The number "4810, " the mountain's height in meters, is also a commonly recurring theme "monte rosa" "4633 mtrs" is the 2nd highest mt in the alps , after mont blanc. This item is made of gold nib and ink visible window.
