Stained Glass Custom Bespoke Kitless Fountain Pen

Handmade bespoke kitless fountain pen multi-colored stain glass. This pen is made from an acrylic acetate blank which has been designed to look like stained glass. The multi-colored resin chips that have been cast in this blank gives it a unique, one-of-a-kind appearance.

Nib: choice of jowo #6 polished steel in ef, f, m, b, 1.1m or 1.5m stub. Capped length: 143.0 mm (5.6). Open length: 135.6 mm (5.3). Widest point (barrel): 14.3 mm. Widest point (cap): 15.8 mm.

Every pen is created by me personally in my shop in north carolina. I use only hand tools and a lathe, no automation or mass manufacturing. This process ensures that every pen i create is a unique work of art. The majority of my fountain pens are made from alumilite resin blanks, which have been custom made in my shop.

Once the blanks have cured, i use calipers to accurately measure each piece and then turn down the body, cap and section on a lathe. Final sanding, polishing and buffing create a truly spectacular writing instrument.

This intensive manual process ensures a quality product to be enjoyed by the user for years to come. I hope you will enjoy my fountain pens as much as i enjoy making them.
