PARKER Vacumatic ca 1938 early one in excellent and 100 original condition in a RARE color Sea green Emerald

Rare fountainpen made in usa by parker pen co. Comes with the original clam hard shell case. This pen is early version that used celluloid highest in quality and cured not mass produced as the later version pens are much thinner in construction and are known to warp if there left for some time at the sun light. Has the wide arrow clip and double jewels in gold trim rings at the cap.

Over 40 years in my personal collection. Its time to get rid off some of my collections.

There are no cracks or repairs made. Actually you can see the inner breathing tube at the last posted picture under the light. The box is in very good condition with exemption the front brass with (p) for parker logo missing.

The original 14k solid gold nib is medium to fine point and writes smooth. Pen never was restored meaning the diaphragm never replaced during my ownership and is kind tired and soon will need to be replaced if you expect to write well and have high expectations. Regardless the pen stored properly and cleaned after use the ink is very corrosive and replacing the sac or diaphragm is part of maintenance. Sorry i do not have the matching pencil. The color is one of the most sought after the sea green swirl patent some call it marbled emerald. Please ask any questions prior purchasing and communicate.
