Noble hand-turned writing instrument set from Marble Wood

Hand-turned, noble writing instrument set with a filler and an ink roller. Marblewood / marble wood is native to south america. It's very heavy and hard. The heartwood has a yellowish coloration with an irregular dark grain. Kits from the same series in gold with black applications were used.

The writers have a good feel and lie well in the hand due to the weight. The filler has a gold-plated iridium point pen, made in germany. Due to the harder material at the tip, the spring is more resistant to wear and still be pleasantly written. It can be filled with the supplied ink converter from an ink barrel, or with commercially available ink cartridges. The cap is screwed and can be screwed ontop of the handle while writing.

The ink roller comes with a black rollerball mine. Replacement mines are available in the stationery business. The set comes with a classy faux leather case in which both pens can be accommodated. The pins were sanded up to grit 3000 and then painted 5 times with a special lacquer, which preserves the natural feel of the wood and is largely sweat-resistant and insensitive to scratches. Every writer is a one-off piece that i turned.
