Fountain pen made of Ziricote with cherry onlay

This wooden fountain pen was handmade out of ziricote wood and it has a hand-carved cherry onlay in the form of fleur de lis. On the bottom of the barrel, you can see fleur de lis made by inlaying copper wire into the wood by hand. Wire inlay is a very hard technique to master, especially when done on such a small object.

This beautiful pen has ebonite sleeves with a matte ebonite section. The nib is jowo number 6 steel, immediately available in 4 sizes: ef, f, m, and b, but if you want any other nib variant, it can be acquired. This pen accepts standard international cartridges as well as ink schmidt converters. The pen has a durable lacquer finish. Material: ziricote and cherry wood / ebonite / copper wire.
