Crushed Mosaic Custom Handmade Bespoke Fountain Pen, Acadia 15 Model

Handmade custom bespoke fountain pen crushed mosaic, acadia 15 model. This pen is made with a crushed acrylic material i have named crushed mosaic. The cap and barrel ends are accented with a custom italian black acrylic. This is the acadia 15 style which features a 15mm tapered barrel and 16mm soft tapered cap. Nib: choice of jowo #6 in polished steel or gold plated.

Pen dimensions all measurements are given in millimeters and should serve as a general guide only. Since every pen is made by hand, no two pens will be exact matches in size. Closed length: 144.0 mm. Open length: 135.0 mm. Section widest: 11.9 mm. Schmidt k5 converter or comparable. Little pen designs offer quality, handcrafted fountain pens. Every pen is created by me personally in my shop in north carolina. I use only hand tools and a lathe, no automation or mass manufacturing.

This process ensures that every pen i create is a unique work of art. The majority of my fountain pens are made from alumilite resin blanks, which have been custom made in my shop. Once the blanks have cured, i use calipers to accurately measure each piece and then turn down the body, cap and section on a lathe. Final sanding, polishing and buffing create a truly spectacular writing instrument.
