Cambridge Hybrid Fountain Pen in California Redwood Burl with Titanium Gold finish and Silver accents

This fountain pen is a cambridge style pen that was hand turned from a slab of california redwood burl. The metal components are titanium gold with silver accents.

The pen has a 6 mm/medium point gold nib and can use either universal prefilled ink cartridges or an ink pump (supplied) if the user prefers to use their own bottled fountain pen ink (the pen nib is not compatible with calligraphy ink). The cap is a screw thread and does not thread to the finial end when in use (not postable). The wood is a natural redwood color and has a shellac/oil based finish to show off the grain but remain resistant to skin oil that might damage the wood. The pen is approximately 5 1/2 long. The cap is approximately 5/8" in diameter, and the pen body is approximately 1/2" in diameter. It weighs approximately 2 oz. This item is made of silver and gold and titanium gold, redwood.
