Antique Silver dip in ink feather pen ,800 silver DIP nib PEN Hallmarked

Rare ancient sterling silver ink pen by 800 silver dip nib pen hallmarked, in good condition with time patina, it has an date monogramed on it, also 2 nibs stuck inside, with time patina. Dip pens emerged in the early 19th century, when they replaced quill pens (goose feathers are short-lived and require frequent replacement) and, in some parts of the world, reed pens. Dip pens were generally used before the development of fountain pens in the later 19th century, and are now mainly used in illustration, calligraphy, and comics.
